Stacy graduated in 2004 from Bloomington Jefferson High School and she earned a master’s degree in 2012 from the Naval War College, Newport, R.I. She is deputy director of legislative affairs at Innovative Federal Strategies, Washington.
Todd graduated in 1994 from Moorhead High School and in 1998 he graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a bachelor’s degree. He has served with the U.S. Navy since 1998.
The couple will make their home in Alexandria, Va.
