Glyndon, Minn. - Buffalo River Race Park owner Kevin Nathe said the change at his quarter-mile dirt race track, which premiered for the season Sunday, is like North Dakota State athletics going from Division II to Division I.
This was supposed to be the year that Donny Schatz’s dominance at the Knoxville Nationals came to an end.
